The hole for the "T" fitting is quite a bit larger due the the larger size of that fitting. I wanted to be sure more air could escape to prevent back pressure that would cause oil to blow out of the oil cap under hard acceleration. Note in this photo you can see the 3 distinct layers of stainless used to construct this bottle.
