This is the front trunk area where the spare tire, fuel tank and brake fluid reservoir (yuck) reside. I touched up anywhere I had doubt with POR-15. Notice how much POR-15 I put on the well area underneath where the fuel tank is mounted. There was typical rust here but not enough to damage anything. This area is where the front suspension and steering linkage go and it constantly is in the weather so it needed extra attention. Believe it or not, I even double coated the area where the heater channels end and the tubes are located for the dashboard defroster hook ups way down deep in the corners. This was not easy!
