Another view of the bottom of the pedestal and deflector plate showing the proper position of the deflector plate. Note the elbow end showing as it passes through the hole I drilled in the deflector plate pointed out by the red arrow. This is a good time to thread in the fittings for the return line hose on the outside of the generator pedestal. These are not high pressure, but we dont want vibration moving them about so best to tighten securely.
