I tried to take a photo to show the Bulltear adaptor engine mounts from underneath the car. Not easy to see here, but they fit nicely and are very durable for any abuse I might dish out. They don't use the large hole the stock mounts tend to use. Instead they use the two smaller holes for the bolt up points. In some AMC cars one of those holes might be missing forcing you to drill it. The V8 adaptor mounts can come with the drill guide to assist you in drilling the holes in the correct location. Clearly this needs to be addressed before attempting to install the 401 V8, or any AMC V8.
